About Us

Introduction

Club 40 International, Kathmandu is a non-racial, non-religious, non-profit making, non-governmental organization. It is based in Kathmandu-Nepal. This organization was registered, affiliated with Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu, etc.

 

The organization was established by the initiation of former and human rights, social development activists, researchers, and experts in various fields of community development. The organization's aim is to build up capacities of the local communities to identify their needs, utilize local resources and look for solutions for the overall development of society.

 

Club 40 International, Kathmandu works for the promotion of Awareness regarding rights and responsibilities while mobilizing volunteers for community service in order to strengthen civil society. It has undertaken programs offering informal education for the disadvantaged, empowerment of the poor and needy through capacity building, human rights awareness campaigns, group formation, and volunteer mobilization as well as business awareness orientation and training programs as well as it has been operating its programs. Club 40 International, Kathmandu is unique in its method of operation and has already set its trademark in the Society. 

 

On the other hand, as another dimension, Club 40 International, Kathmandu promotes Nepal as an independent tour Destination in Global Markets for its entire personal to and from there to the country as the Himalayas. Club 40 International, Kathmandu was tie-ups in the very qualified professionals with more than years of experience in the tourism industry.

Holding places, peoples and Experts through professional and not only provide the tourism services and products; it is researching the various potential destinations for Travellers and of course for the development of the destinations as well.

  • To create a just, free with dignity and healthy society by mobilizing the most marginalized people of the region.


Goal:

  • To mobilize economically, socially and politically vulnerable people like women, children, Dalit’s, indigenous people to increase their access to resources and decisions where they are controlled and distributed.


Objectives:

The process entails the invitation of entries in different categories from various organizations. The organization is given the freedom to present the entry using their own creativity, knowledge & empirical data. The supporting with each entry may be of a different nature.

  1. To conduct an awareness program on the rights of children, women, and youth
  2. To promote biodiversity and environment conservation
  3. To the promotion of human rights, education, organization and social mobilization
  4. To make publicity and promotion activities of agriculture in the community.
  5. To organize the social campaign for good governance and human rights
  6. To promote volunteerism promotion for national and international cooperation and development
  7. To support internal displaced, deprived and natural disaster 
  8. To make youth Mobilization for peacebuilding and human right protection
  9. To enhance the capacity of social mobilization for local development
